In Class Exercise     Looking back at my response to exercise 1 and prototyping process.  This  journal will r eflect on how your opinion changed during the course.      In   my previous opinion, prototyping is a method to simulate the actual project in order to test and improve it. It is almost right. I used to think that using prototype is easily to test and improve the project. However, I find that it is not easy to change. The most obvious reason is that the we should  evaluate feedbacks and think about it very carefully before we decide to change some aspects. Sometimes, these improvements we made might not be accepted by users. In this case, I have to reconsider about my ideas and change my plan repeatedly until most of testers like my changes.     I thought prototyping are used to enhance customers' experience, but it is not always true. 1. In Class exercise     1.1 Multiple concepts of musical composition     To play   Theremin Duet, we need put our hands above it and move our hands. I think these are five ways to represent movement in 3D space and then reproduced.       Firstly, we can remember actions of hands and mimic the player's action to reproduce it. We just need to remember his hands move up or down.         The second one is that we remember the position of hands. For example,  we can remember  the height of the hand to leave the base of  Theremin Duet or the distance between hand and antenna. Then, we put hands in the same position and play this musical instruments.             Thirdly, players can practice and learn this music repeatedly.      Another one is people can programming a piece of code which dealing with playing this music. 1. In Class Exercise       1.1  The restaurant observation      I had my lunch at a Chinese restaurant called Yushan which located at Indooroopilly shopping centre. This week I had observed this restaurant. It uses the traditional decoration style of Chinese restaurant. It has a striking Chinese LOGO and it helps people to notice that this is a Chinese restaurant. There is a platform at the entrance. The waiter was standing behind the platform and welcome customers. When they stepped in, the waiter arranges a seat for them. There are many tables and each table pairs with four chairs. There are some remained spaces between the counter of tables and chairs. It allows people to move among tables.           There are two ways to order dishes. One is by menu. When customers have seated, the waiter will give them the menu.
